Says new in box… it was not sealed at all, coloring was way off so I have no idea what is actually in the bottle since it was just fully open. It’s either old or fake. No response from this seller. wish I read the negative reviews as this seller obviously does this all the time…. Never again.

    Lightweight with great features

    The Goldwell smooth flat marvel straightening balm works really well for me to keep my hair styled even several days after washing it. I apply it after washing my hair and then I blow dry my hair and it makes my hair look natural and shiny You only need a small amount to get the job done.

    The manufacturers need to specify the type hair the product has been formulated to straighten. It definitely was not formulated for African Americans

    The product is being marketed as a straightening balm. It did not straighten my hair. I applied it to towel-dried hair and followed with a blow dryer. I am African America.
