This lot of batteries was listed as new open box. One battery arrived with a dead cell at 5.03 volts and will not charge. I sent 2 messages and no one responded. Over all i can still use 5 of the batteries and got a fair price for them and shipping was quick. I would be cautious buying from this place, communication is horrible.
