The seller shipped it out Priority mail March 4. It was supposed to arrive March 7. It arrived March 11. This was not the seller's fault. The post office should reimburse the seller for not sending it Priority and I hope the seller will reimburse me. The packing was the best. The teapot is even better than the pictures. I would buy from this seller again.
