I discovered that I had ordered a grit that was too coarse for my intended purpose. I started the return process and intended to order a different grit. The seller asked me what I was using the disk for. The seller suggested a grit size and said they would send me the best size grit at no cost to me. Also not to send the other disk back to them. Received the new disk. Wonderful customer service. Will use them again if I need something.
