    Buyer has now also been provided w/ 10% of shipping price ($0.50) or fifty cents. He asked only for $1.50 refund initially. I should probably have given him the 10% of shipping initiially even though he diod not ask fo it as that is how we usually treat all partial refunds! My bad...
