Excellent seller! We originally thought they didn't work... but notice our previous battery had the red and black wires opposite compared to these. So we carefully lifted small plastic clip, removed red wire then removed black wire... we then swapped them and they worked perfectly. Thank you!!!

Complete 100% success. Mother broad shuts down won't power up had this happen multiple times on hps. So if the power switch works and the laptop does not power on this,is a good guess on whats going on. Great customer service thanks A+.
