Unit arrived wrapped in bubble wrap (no box) nicely surrounded by padding. The manual, face trim and harness were included, however there is no wiring diagram. I can figure out the harness but it would have been nice to have one handy since my install isn't just a simple plug and play. The vendor was A+ with notifications and shipping time!
