The main instructions are in Chinese or Japanese and the English is so small a magnifying glass is still no good. Thus, one does not really have instructions how the remote works and if both on switches need to be on to function correctly or off when not in use. Next, it needs to require a charge before attempting usage of this toy. It seems to be nosier than reported to use out in the public, also.

It arrived in a plain box wrapped in a plastic shipping bag. I didn't use it yet but I did charge it and I turned it on and it seems like everything works perfectly. It's a bit noisy but it can be worked around. Overall it's a great item and I would definitely recommend it.
