    Great unit

I just got the MaxiClimber. and following are my feeling: Easy to assemble. I did it by myself, no tools other than what they provide in the box. Takes about 30 minutes. Small enough to use almost anywhere. I have it in a bedroom and I fold it up and put it behind the door when I'm finished. I can carry it by myself to different rooms, down to the garage, etc. Provides a great workout. And it has 12 levels of resistance which you can build up to. Overall, very happy with the purchase. I think it will do just what I need - a good cardio workout without getting into the gym quality units costing thousands of dollars (and some now requiring monthly subscriptions).

It works, but not an authentic product

This is my first climber and it is a great work out, takes up very little floor space, is pretty quiet, and folds up easily for storage. I highly recommend a climber for those living in small apartments looking for a good cardio workout, but this particular one may not be the best choice. The biggest issue is that it is not an authentic Maxiclimber as the listing leads you to believe. There are many generic climbers out there, but the reason I chose this listing is because I believed it to be the name brand which is generally regarded as the best based on my research, however it arrived with no actual branding and a very generic user guide. It is clearly a knock off. That said, it seems to be well made and has held up well so far after a couple weeks of almost daily use, but not being ...

  • Not for knees that have age on them

Tried this machine and tore my knees up. Either you are exercising your arms or your legs but not sure if it works both at same time. Read all the correct ways to use but my knees still could not handle the work load. Would say it is worth a try but if not helpful as you hope, they charge restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping to return. That adds up so it will sit back in the box in my basement till who knows when. Good and bad also, no instructions but it is very easy to put together just 5 bolts with nuts. Bad investment on my part.

  • Great work out for people who need a more challenging workout at home

I ordered this for my son for Christmas. He was excited but disappointed that it didnt have a resistance setting but it didnt take him long to realize that this machine was very challenging. I tried it out and like the cardio difficulty but also the target muscle groups it works. In just 5 minutes, I was feeling it in my glutes and legs and I have very strong legs. If you are looking for a effective , inexpensive piece of equipment that doesnt take up much room, I highly reccomend.

  • I want a refund, unsatisfied with the product or how it works.

it's hard to use and it's not very stable to work out on. I was expecting a stronger frame set up and the pedals are too small to use without getting cramps. I have small feet and still uncomfortable to use. I can't use it for more than a minute or two without it starting to hurt my feet and arches. I even went and bought new exercise shoes that are Sketchers and it helps some but the pedals are still too small and the frame not very sturdy. I'm not impressed with the product at all and would prefer to return it if I still had the time to do so.
