I ordered this kit for my mom because she had seen ours and liked how well it worked and how light weight it was as well as the ease of use. The kit arrived quickly but it was missing the batteries so I contacted the vendor and they shipped the batteries and apologized for the issue. Super fast shipping. Items arrived as described and well packaged. Worx has some great deals on reconditioned tools. They don't come with the original packaging, but the items received look and perform like new. They even come with a full three year warranty. The trimmer is light and easy to use. It replaced both a 2 and a 4 cycle trimmer, which we're getting too heavy and difficult to use. The blower is more of a sweeper than a blower. It works great to blow grass and a few leaves. Good Seller!
