The product was not on a reel so when you cut it open it went everywhere and you couldn't do anything with it to unroll it. It really caused a lot of trouble and I suggest putting them on a reel so the customer can easily handle such a large roll.

Installers would have a reel if necessary, but working with pex is never easy. Sounds like instead of rolling it out you decided to pull it off the side as this size pex would not uncoil itself by just cutting the straps.
