This is the best device ever created on this planet! I love and used it all my entire life. I move a lot from country to country and buy a new Puzzi every time. The machine is giving a red light error for low water, and I saw hundreds of people online experiencing the same issue. It's very disappointing for such a big company to send out a product without testing it. Even though I returned it for free, I had to pay $6 to get a shipping receipt.
