They were quick to answer my questions and glad the product came well packaged and with setup guide/troubleshooting methods. Came with dp/vga adaptor, keyboard and mouse but keyboard has stuck keys that are hard to press so i'll keep as a backup. Pc runs great. Setup went perfectly and restart time is phenomenal. Perfect for my work at home job! 1 year warranty is what finally sold me on it.

I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
