Was an unfortunate situation.. I purchased a pair of brand new Jabra Elite Sport earbuds from the seller. They looked brand new when I received them, however, the left earbud just would not turn on. Upon reaching out to the manufacturer they informed me that, since they are from 2010, even a new box’s performance could not be guaranteed. I approached the seller with this situation and even though he was understandably hesitant, in the end he quickly issued me a refund. One of the great sellers.
