    did not fix the problem

    I can not give a good or bad review. it was ether not the problem or the part was defective. I am not sure. I will have to pay for a a shop to look at it. the one star is because I have no idea if the part was defective or not until I have it checked out. is it a good value?. don't know. good quality? recommend?. if it is not defective it was a good value I wood recommend it. quality was as good as a rebuilt unit can be.
