Shipped quickly, well-packaged and was assembled easily with the provided instructions. The rubber mallet and a flathead screwdriver were definitely needed; make sure you pay attention to the spacing of the shelves by counting the "holes" shown in the images shown in the instructions, and ensuring that you have the holes oriented correctly (wide hole upwards, narrow hole where the shelf parts hook into downwards).

Love this item!! Once I move in July, I am considering reordering. Assembly time took a little over an hour because I am not used to assembling something like this — plus the instructions were trash, but once I stop reading those instructions and used my common sense on how this shelf is supposed to look, it was smooth sailing. Hahaha!

Sent msg to seller told me 9ft had 6 spines. Ordered but had 8 spines. Sent msg seller about misinformation. I asked about returns & shipping. He responded asking for # on box but never answered return question. I sent # on box never answered question again & now is requesting pic of item, packing labe,l etc., so they dont make that same mistake for other buyers. Not addressing the issue I feel. Now I have another 9ft umbrella I dont need with 8 spines & could have gotten that cheaper elsewhere
