Contacted seller and after a few days they apologized, said they had an emergency, and would ship the following day. Item never shipped and eBay refunded me. Such a shame, as my boyfriend was excited. I understand that emergencies happen, but follow up when you communicate. I know eBay allows for you to put your store on hold situations where you can’t ship. And other reviews say similar things about seller.

I paid a premium price (compared to this same pair of shorts for other sellers) but I wanted a pair in black so I was willing to pay double. When these arrived they smelled like pee. I bought NEW with tags so I didn’t get a pair of used cycling briefs but these have been used. I found a purple plastic hang tag on the inside which is the same color/type that goodwill uses.
