Item showed up damaged and smelling of smoke. The album was in plastic wrap but had bent edges and a split seam on the top. The smoke smell emerged after cutting the tape sealing the shipping cardboard (pipe tobacco? cigar?).

While this is highly unlikely given our 100% positive feedback track record as a vinyl seller (before you) I understand stuff can happen during transit so you were offered a refund and full replacement at no cost to you but you refused. You made no attempt to contact or resolve any potential issues before leaving negative feedback.

The seller has taken the wildly inappropriate route of finding my phone number in the order details and sending text messages to my personal cell phone asking me to revise this review.
The product arrived damaged. The seller is attempting to discredit that fact.
A bit more care in storing and packing would have avoided all this, but here we are.
I paid full price, kept the item, declined a partial refund or costly return, and saved us both time and the seller some money.
