Due to no fault of Trac Phone Pre-Pay, I was not able to use card. The card has a "sim" cartridge that I can't use. I've had trouble with Trac Phone when I first signed up, having to exchange about 4 to 5 sim cards prior for use. Now that it is working ok, I can't take the chance of a different "sim" card. Quick service they rendered Trac-Phone Pre-Pay though.

No pin number on this package to activate plan, so rep had to look up sim number and add plan manually. Number worked 6 hours later. Fast delivery. But you will have to call customer service and activate the phone through them. When trying to do it through the website, it just says "insert the sim card" - it doesn't say which. The packaging just says "sim A, sim B". No way to tell which is CDMA and which is GSM. Good news is: customer service was able to activate my new phone and transfer my number. All turned out OK.
