    I am generally happy with the purchase. The item arrived quickly, it was a great value, I would buy it again. One issue. It was described as "new" which by ebay's standard means, in the original packaging as if purchased in a retail store. This item was "like new". It clearly had never been used and is in fine working order, but all of the extra parts, charging cord, cadence magnet, installation tools, etc. did not come with it. Correct description would have alleviated this issue.
