    Not actually sustained release!

    This is one hard tablet. Acrd to the manufacturer, this disolves in 2-3 hours. That's not sustained release. In fact, I took it every few hours & nothing happened. If the tablets would have dissolved, I'd have gotten diarrhea from too much ascorbic acid. For me, this has no value what so ever. BUT THE SENDER WAS EXCELLENT.
