    I read several other Wayne Dyer books before I got to this one, it's a great insight on behavioral patterns and allows you to look at your personal responses and those of others in a different manner. Great self help motivator.

    Advice to live by

    I read this book a long time ago when it first came out. I’ve noticed that I still live by a lot of what I learned from it. Shoulds and coulds. Live in the moment. I wanted a refresher. It doesn’t get old.

    Your Erroneous Zone = "The Nature of Personal Reality" minus the spirituality.

    I read Your Erroneous Zone in the early 90s' and thought it was excellent. At about the same time I read read a book published just a year before Dyer's good book. It was more spiritual, but outlines everything Dyer wrote and more. Jane Roberts dictated "The Nature of Personal Reality" a year before Your Erroneous Zone. Both are extremely important self-help books, but I prefer the first one.
