The directions were the worst directions I’ve ever encountered on trying to figure something out, and I could not figure it out to save my life so I ended up throwing it against the concrete and smashing it. Maybe next time you should sell things that are easy and explained because the directions were a joke and because you really ticked me off with this junk, you’re getting negative reviews

faster shipping than expected the power bank was drain on arrival. im charging it now well see if the product is great in few days. it is thinner and shorter from what i expect on a 10,000mah. so not sure if its really 10,000mah but i guess the newer tech makes smaller battery could store larger amount of energy inside. so yeah well see. i like the color white and design. i wished ot had flashlight and 1 more usb c instead of micro usb.
