    Probably would say 'W/O FAN' instead of 'W/O w

    You have to be very careful removing the plastic squirrel cage blower from the old fan motor so as not to damage it, and you also have to cut the plug off and straight-wire it but this was a very minor inconvenience, and the low price and the fact that the motor itself fit in place like a glove made me extremely happy! Also the motor runs very strong and I am just 'tickled pink' with the end results. If you have the minor skills to do the above-mentioned work then this item is WELL WORTH IT!!! I highly recommend it.
