Well Made, Excellent Fit
The review title really says it all. What is missing in this review is a raving about how the product fixed the problem instantly while saving hundreds. What this product did was allow me to evaluate the mono valve on a 1985 Mercedes 300D. I have one housing, the installed armature, and one spare armature. I bought two of these kits and reconditioned both armatures, then tried them one at time with suitable instrumentation before and during test drives. While there is not space here to give all the details, I feel confident that my two old armatures are no longer up to the task. I ordered a whole new mono valve, confident that it was the appropriate thing to do. I was glad to get these kits to thoroughly try out my two old armatures, as well as the balance of the system.
