Looks new, as if having never been used. Manual included. Five-star performance! Assembly is easy. Getting the bolts through the upper and lower shafts can be tricky because of the protective loom. At the upper end, a yellow tag states, “Remove the pipe before assembly”. YouTube videos show people cutting the loom off. Not necessary. Inserting the bolts through takes just a little patient effort.
