    Hand scrubbing works as well

    do not see any differencein my DW sfter using this. I just manage to clean my DW well monthly with a good soapy solution. I'll continue my method. Product is probably OK, I just don't see the need for me.

    Not a solution for restoring milky, cloudy glassware.

    In addition to cleaning my dishwasher, I purchased this product to remove the milky, clouded coloration on my glassware. Although the dishwasher appears to be cleaner, the glassware remains unchanged after two consecutive applications. The supplier was very supportive and responsive.
