When it fires up all the heat goes to the ceiling. I installed a ceiling fan controlled with this BN-LINK cooling controller (with clear instructions). When the ceiling gets above 70° the controller turns on the ceiling fan and then off when the temperature reaches 70°. Don't waste your time on these $11 & $12 controlers. The instructions were written by people that don't understand English.
