    Great for the sverage baker

    I love my kitchen aid mixer for what I do. If you bake a lot then I would recommend a bigger than 5 quart bowl. Wish there was a better option for the blades but thinking it is just an option I will get used to after using it awhile. After all if Emerile uses it it has to be the best right???

    Like better than my kitchenAid tilt head.

    Replaced a good tilt head for the power for bread making. Excellent for this purpose. Also discovered it is a time saver as I can scrape down the bowl while mixing rather than stopping the mixing as with the tilt head. So glad I bought it.

    Love My Mixer

    I bought this for my Granddaughter for a Wedding shower as I have had one for about 7 years and love it. I make bread and stiff dough products quite often and it just keeps working. The motor is very strong and I like that the bowl is attached to the back of the machine and does not move, not matter how tough the job is. I would buy again if mine ever wears out.

    Fits my needs!

    This pro model is more rugged than the bottom attached bowl. Making bread was too hard on the other one. This pro model handles it easily. I got a pasta making attachment to attempt fresh pasta but haven't used it yet.

    Heavy duty with plenty of power. It is the model that does not tilt back, goes up and down, so you don't get the bounce when mixing heavy ingredients. Priced at about the same price as a refurbished, which I preferred, being new.
