Flawless experience…expeditious turnaround and shipping, and product arrived perfectly as described. I had actually intended to return it only based on fitting constraints with my setup, and again this request was handled quickly and professionally. I had to cancel the return though, because I thought it was wise to do a quick sound quality check, and apparently a 30amp fused line was sufficient to blow the bajeezus out of the internal components. If installing a DDIN unit using this piece it will require you to make a trim piece but not difficult. Very pleased and allows me to keep factory trim/stereo if I ever switch back. Great seller.
