High quality ratchet affordably-priced ratchet
I purchased this Wright 3425 3/8 ratchet to replace a similar 15+ year old Craftsman Pro ratchet that had simply worn out from years of daily use. As with all Wright ratchets, the 3425 has beautiful chrome plating, a true 82-position head (41 teeth with dual pawls- you can hear the head click twice between each movement of the selector,) and is forged in Ohio with US-sourced steel. The handle is rectangular in cross-section with nicely rounded edges, which I personally like. The round head looks large but is slightly thinner and narrower than the legacy ratchet it is replacing. The drive square is chrome plated and will, no doubt, start to peel or wear away over time as most chrome-plated drives will, but that's not a deal-breaker for me.
