    We have a Arlo VMB4000 controller, that has eternal 7 day cloud free storage of camera captures. This is the highest resolution camera compatible with the VMB4000. I tested it, it connected to our controller, the battery was fully charged, and the firmware is up to date. Brand new in box. We love our Arlo system, and bought this as a backup for when one of the on-line cameras dies. The time will come when you can't get these cameras anymore, this is why we bought it-- insurance.

    A lot of issues, lag time, hard to connect, lack of features most cctv systems would have.

    Expected a lot more from netgear, there is a very long lag with these due to how they are designed/programmed. They have no settings for continuous recording, motion detection is spotty at best. Overall made me glad I just invested in a cheap setup with 1 camera and the base so I can get the Lorex wired system. This system may be good for very basic applications but dont expect any miracles. The build quality also fees very fragile if kept outside.

    Pretty good.

    I was a bit disappointed with the camera in that it’s a bit hard to connect with in the Arlo App. The WiFi signal shows as weak. It does not detect motion through the window well at all. In the better weather we’ll mount it outside. The night vision is so so again it would be better if not through the window. Overall though the camera is well made and I like the rechargeable battery. Nice you get free cloud storage for 7 days. We use a USB in the hub to record. A lot of the Pro 2 features are only available when the camera is plugged in. Too bad! I still would recommend the Arlo system. We have 3 now.
