    Positively surprised!

    It took a bit of time to figure out how everything works in this vacuum, but it came with good directions. I used to have Dyson vacuum cleaner earlier, that I paid a lot more. It was great but Shark is doing at least as good job by getting rid of dog and cat hair and all other vacuuming in my house. Very strong vacuum. I also find my new Shark vacuum cleaner much easier to empty. I love those micro parts included. Time will show how long it will function without issues.

    not a winner for someone with asthma

    the dust filtration was not ag good as I had hoped. I bought it thinking it would be as good as another Shark vacuum I had tried and sadly it didn't perform as well. but as they do not offer returns I will have to get good with it.

    Good value for the money.

    Easy to use and not as heavy as my last Shark. Wish it had a self propelled function but is not hard to push. Overall I am happy with my purchase. It was very easy to assemble upon arrival.

    Cost/quality/performance = Shark
