    Exactly what was needed!!

    I have a 2010 Mac Pro and the fan on the factory ATI Radeon 5870 would no longer spin unless started manually. I purchased this replacement fan and the fan swap went quickly. The new fan performs just as it should with much less rotational friction - a great buy that every ATI Radeon 5870 owner will need eventually as their fans age and fail.

    Exact match to replace original blower type fan

    A literal drop in replacement. Although you do have to disassemble the entire card to install it. If the fan sounds like it is scraping something when you test before reassembly, just loosen one of the three screws which hold the fan in place until the scraping sound stops. Used on a ATi HD4890

    Good FAN..

    Good replacemment FAN for ATI Radeon graphics card HD4870.. Also same time it was good to change thermal gels of MCU and DDR memories.. If those FAN's broke after few years. I will buy new ones =) Thanks..
