The title read "NordicTrack Handlebar Exercise Studio S22i BRAND NEW", the Condition was listed as "New" (not "New Other"). Per EBay, a "New" comes in original packing, warranty, etc. What I received was a scratched part harvested from a machine showing indications of use/wear. In fairness to seller, he admitted it was disassembled from a machine, and when informed I didn't want a used part offered a refund only if I paid $50 return shipping. I regret purchasing from this dishonest seller.

This buyer made fraudulent claims only when they were told they would have to pay for return shipping for the item they no longer wanted. This feedback is completely untrue and the buyer knows. It's a shame buyers have to stoop to this level. I have been selling on Ebay for over 11 years and have never had anything this ridiculous claimed against me. All you had to do was send the item back for a refund. It's a shame Ebay doesn't step in for honest sellers.
