    This had to be the single worst EBay transaction I have ever had, and I have been an EBay user ( both buying and selling) for many years.First of all, the item description said “free shipping”. It’s not.They repaired the item, but returned it to me with two new issues. Upon reporting, they asked that I return the item. They claimed I damaged it, charged me an additional $25 to fix it. When delivered it was still not working. They now claimed it was damaged in shipping. So done with this.

    The cluster was repaired and tested. You stated a claim that needles weren't setup correctly. Having received it for the 2nd repair, we found that the needles are out of scale and reinstalled by someone after our repair. Therefore $25 for the labor and back shipment. More than a month later, you again wrote a claim that the needles were again in the wrong position. We sent you all the photo&video evidence that it worked fine.You refused to provide the photo, where-key off; needles-in 0 position.
