It was such a heavy, large box (the rug was folded and not rolled) that the relatively lightweight box and flimsy tape with no handles was damaged in transit. The whole box was ripped. Fortunately, the rug inside was fine and I'm very happy with it.

I was a bit apprehensive when I saw that it had been shipped rolled up, then folded over, but the creases are minimal and are going away quickly. Has a bit of a wool (plus latex?) odor but very subtle, not obnoxious. I fully expect the rug to shed; maybe it will never stop shedding, you never know with hand tufted rugs, but It is beautiful, nicely made, and I highly recommend it to others.

Communication was strong. The rug shipped quickly, and looks like the picture shown on Ebay.
