We have let you know if you can send us the whole length of the product, but you just let us know it is shorter then your car, we cannot check anything, so we asked you provide the length of product that you need, we can send you a new replacement, but you told us you need the length around 7.11 inches, it is too short, we cannot do it, and all these products are over 1900mm, so we just can issue you a full refund, and we have issued you a full refund many days ago.
