Good communication and clear instructions on bidding and postage. Took 1 week to ship which I was advised before hand and arrived one week exactly after it was shipped. Considering it came from Canada, Quebec to Australia, Melbourne in one week it was incredibly fast. Product was as described (seems legit), came with two-year warranty card (seller claims they are an official authorised seller unsure how to check this) and box.
