Timeline is as follows , placed the order Aug 14, rod shipped Aug 15, listing said 3-4 day shipping . I contacted the seller after the rod was late on Aug 22 , I had to buy another rod locally for the trip i had planned and I contacted the seller . They gave me a 5% refund . Less than the tax I paid . I understand it’s not their fault but I feel they could have done more to keep me as a customer . I would have been happy with a 20 or 25% refund considering the options I had because of this .
