It has a very nice appearance, with only a few very minor scuffs. It is meticulously clean. It came packaged with great care. I am going to order another computer from them for my wife. Anyways besides that computer seems to be ok back side of the laptop has some type of adhesive sticker across the whole backside that seems to be peeling.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
