The DVD and its case arrived in perfect condition and is "like new" as described. The only problem is the film transfer. The picture is good for its age, but the movie glitches 3 times. But the seller really attempted to fix this and sent me another copy. When that one still had problems, he refunded my money in full. What a generous seller!
