The keyboard worked great but the box it was shipped in was to small and when I received the keyboard and I opened it the keyboard was bent I had to straighten it out and now one of the keys on the keyboard will not clip back in place like it should but I'll make it work.

My experience with this sale was great. However, it turns out that the keyboard wasn't the issue, as even the replacement keyboard didn't work. Seems to be a corrupted BIOS, and even pulling the CMOS battery and letting the configs fade did nothing to resolve the issue. I have a "spare" keyboard now. I will replace the laptop with an exact model, so it may one day come in handy!
