The Sportsman's have very little clearance for the bands crimped head. Instead I used stainless steel ZIP ties with the tightening tool. They are tighter and stronger than the "approved" method and give ample hub clearance. So, just buy quality boots and long steel zip ties with the tool. If you cant find long zips, hook 2 together.

I used FedEX this time at a cost of $22.00 shipping with a total of $81.31!I It is hard to believe that a driver would say that the package was delivered when it was most definitely not! I THANKS!
