Great unit. Good value for as-is, 'parts only' item.
As-is/for parts only product had multiple dings, scratches, and bent metal, and one piece of mounting hardware was absent, as was expected. This particular unit is much more functional than advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. I was able to treat many of the more obvious bends and scratches, and hide others as part of the installation in my bbq island. The manufacturer has been very responsive in providing information regarding replacement parts for the few parts that need to be replaced for my unit (eg. cutting board, and plastic condiment trays) as parts diagrams are not easily found on the Internet. Note that replacement parts for the unit do need to be sourced through a distributor partner. In the end, I have a functional sink and ice bin for my bbq island with minimal ... The faucet and soap dispenser are performing very well. The unit assembled easily enough. Only instructions for faucet assembly are provided. I'm seeing indications that the drain adapter for the ice bin will be prone to rust if left wet and exposed to air; I will be monitoring that component over time. Also, I'll be adjusting the unit to depress the opening for the main sink drain a little more so that the water doesn't sit in the bottom; the bottom pan is flat enough as shipped that the water does not escape over the lip of the drain escutcheon. The main drain was easy enough to plumb with standard-sized 1 1/4" p-trap kit materials. As a novice plumber, the ice drain took a little more research, as the threaded output is 1/2", as I recall, and I was able to accommodate installation to my island's plumbing well enough using PVC adapters and pipe.
