The grind job on the flutes seems a little rough for a finishing reamer, but I put in in the tailstock of my small lathe, by hand and it removed some swarf that apparently was jammed in there and it felt like it was biting in with light hand pressure. Also, could have packed it a little better. It only had one thin piece of paper rapped around it and was in a plastic envelope. It did not seem damaged, but I would not trust the shippers to handle it carefully.
