I recommend a size up if you want them to look like the photos which is a snug fit with room to breath in the right areas and length just above the ankles (if you’re 5’10” to 6 ft tall) and your waist is 30-32. If your legs are fairly well built the size according to your waist, which is medium, will be tight and short if over 5’10”. Otherwise they are good quality and will work well.
