Unfortunately the floss spool in the package was defective--it had no loose piece of floss to unwind off the spool, and slicing in to the outside of the spool could not produce a string that would easily unspool the spool.
The seller was wonderful though, and promptly sent me a refund after I sent photos and requested a refund. The floss was mailed quickly after I placed the order. Good experience with this seller, it was the product that was defective.
