Great shoes. Super snug fit. I usually wear a size 8.5/42 and these fit like gloves. Removing the insoles allows for a bit more space, but still snug nonetheless. I have narrow and flat feet. So if you've got chunkier feet, maybe go a full size above. For example, a 43 if you're got feet like mine but want a more relaxed feel.

The shoes run very small--I love them, but the first time I ordered one size up and they were still too small (sadly, I thought I could wear them and they would be ok, so I didn't return them, but then found that I could not wear them and lost that money :/ ); just ordered two sizes up and now I have a shoe I can enjoy! For the shoe proper, I would rate a 5, but due to size issue, I gave it a 3
