I ordered 10 double CD cases from this seller but a glitch in the eBay system indicated I only ordered one double case as a sample (which happened to be the exact same price!). I didn't notice that my purchase was recorded as a single case until I received my order. I advised the seller of the glitch and they promptly refunded my purchase without requiring me to return the sample case I had received.
